1. Purpose of the GTC: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all contractual relations between Gēnio and its customers for the provision of services and products.
2. Purpose
- These GTC define the conditions under which Gēnio offers and sells its services, including the creation of personalized dietary programs based on genetic tests.
3. Access and Registration
- Access Conditions: Access to the platform is reserved for registered users, who must provide accurate and complete information during their registration.
- Registration Validation: Registration is validated after acceptance of these GTC and creation of the user account.
4. Offers and Orders
- Presentation of Offers: Gēnio offers personalized dietary programs. Offer details are available on the platform for the serviced geographical areas, notably Brazil and Spain.
- Order Process: Orders are placed via the platform and confirmed by a summary email sent to the client.
5. Price and Payment
- Pricing Policy: Service prices are indicated in local currency and include all applicable taxes.

6. Genetic Tests
- Laboratory Partner: Genetic tests are stored by our partner, an accredited medical analysis laboratory in each country.
- Use of Results: By accepting these GTC, the client authorizes Gēnio to use the DNA test results solely to offer meals adapted to their genetic profile. Any other use of the data requires explicit consent.
7. Delivery and Execution of Services
- Serviced Areas: Gēnio primarily delivers in Brazil and Spain, with planned expansion into other countries.
- Delivery Times: Times vary by region and are specified at the time of order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- Period: The client has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Exceptions: Personalized meals are not eligible for withdrawal after delivery, except in case of defect.
9. Personal Data Protection and Security
- Gēnio's Commitment: We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
- LGPD and GDPR Compliance: We comply with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) in Brazil and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe.
